DNA

1) Suspects' DNA samples were loaded into the agarose gel.
2)the gel was allowed 2 run for 30-45mins.
3)The movement of the DNA samples were observed.
4) When the DNA samples were well seperated, the power supply was switched off.
5)The Gel profile was analysed and the culpritwas determined.
